My items disappeared when I died multiple times and retrieved my corpse. This occurred approximately 10:15pm EST on 10/17/2021 in Uber Tristram. I died several times and recovered a corpse, but only some of my items were retrieved. Eventually when I rejoined the game, my other corpses were gone, and the remaining items were nowhere to be found. Items lost included a Grief phaseblade, Fortitude archon plate, Herald of Zakurum, and Highlords wrath amulet, and Verdungos belt.
