Same here:

Hardcore seasonal, all of my stash is missing, my paragon points are all showing a negative value. When the game launches, its like I have started over again, all merchants at level 1, kanai cube is missing, the altar of rites has been reset as if its the first time playing. All of this happened shortly after the start of the Darkening of Tristram event.

I have the same problem but it is not just hardcore, it is all season 33 characters. my gear and cash moved to eternal but the characters and the gear that was equipped is still showing up as seasonal even though the season ended
