I have submitted a ticket twice to resolve this issue to no avail. I was told the season ended and it has not. I am the only person in my guild to not have their character return before the server glitch. I have lost a lot of time not able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I had approximately 2050 paragon points, 26B gold, and many bank items. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. I need this resolved immediately.

The erroneous season end was eight days ago.
There were two outcomes of the season mistakenly ending.
If the region was not logged into during the time the season was ended, the characters are unchanged.
However, if the region was logged into during that time, the usual end of season process occurred: everything was sent to non-season like it would be at the end of a normal season. Then, when the season was restared, the character was reset like it would be at the start of a normal season.
It sounds like you are in the latter group. Know that nothing in-game was lost. Everything was sent to non season like it usually does when a season ends.
So, your guild mates either:
- Didn’t log in during the time the season was ended, or
- They they did log in during that time and had their char(s) reset. But then they chose to perform a manual account rollback. That allows a player to restore their account to a previous point in time. In this case, just before the season mistakenly ended.
If you decide to do an account rollback, understand that an account only gets three rollbacks over the life of the account, so they should be used judiciously. Also, S33 ends in six days, so consider if it’s worth burning an account rollback for that short amount of time.
