Good morning,
I played characters I think from last season, Azshara (demon hunter) and Lavisarius (crusader). They were level 70 and “equipped” in legendary.
When I logged back in a few days ago I saw that they were lvl 20 and 10, that I had lost all the equipment, I also think I lost paragon levels and equipment on my mage aHPMara.
it’s as if my account had rolled back several months ago.
I already made a request and the game masters sent me here.

Which Region were you playing on?
I don’t see a Crusader named Lavisarius on the America Region. But, your Demon Hunter (not Azshara) looks fine.
You do not have a Crusader at all on the Europe Region. Your Demon Hunter, Azshara, is the only Level 20 Character I see.
Are you sure you’re not confusing Regions and/or Characters?
In any event, I’m afraid that Blizzard does not restore D3 Characters or items. Sorry.
Rebirth Azshara and create a Seasonal Crusader, Lavisarius. Play them both in Season 33 and get them even better gear than they had last Season.
Indeed, I’m French and had absolutely no idea that I was in the Europe region when I reinstalled Diablo 3 on my new PC, it’s as stupid as that… But thank you, I’m so relieved
