i would prefer a crusader or barbarian help me power lvl my demon hunter through hardcore as a seasonal if thats doable just message me my blizzard id is attached.
you should join the hardcore rift group. you can just post to that group looking for a PL and someone will probably help/invite you to a clan even.
I don’t do powerlevels, especially in HC, but my friends and I could run with you and get you going.

I see that you haven’t played since Jul28 and have the gift set on your SC Crusader.
I hope you realize that you cannot get another Gift set in HC.
