Is there a site or app or ?? that is similar to [www dot d3planner dot com] - but for PS4 rather than for PC?
I’d like to be able to do some “what if” theorizing on various changes to my build …
Thanks ><

D3planner works just fine for console theory crafting. The main point of the site is to to provide a means to piece multiple variations of builds together for comparison. Unfortunately no matter how much theory crafting you do, no site/app will truely tell you how the build will perform.
Most of the math is the same across all platforms, exception being nephalem glory double damage mechanic that console has to deal with and frame rate.
Frame rate on most consoles is at 30 frames per second, but the frame rate changes drastically throughout a rift making build calulations around frame rate pretty much useless. At best, with 30 fps, only every other attack speed break point recommendation from pc builds apply.
All of the in game items are the same, with the same bonuses and available stats.
I must be missing something then, because I cannot seem to figure out how to IMPORT MY CHARACTER from my PS4 account. The only option I can find is to import my battlenet account - which is my older PC D3 account and not my newer PS4 account.
You can’t import, you have to manually fill in the blanks
I see. That’s a lot of work when your gear is going to be changing often. Maybe not so bad if you are completely end game and likely not to swap gear much.
Too bad there isn’t a similar app that actually works for PS4 and imports off the PS account …
If the saves were not local and we were set up similar to PC, and on Blizz servers and not Sony, then that would be more possible. That is also why, you cannot see your profile here, well if you had PC version you can. But consolers cannot see profiles on here or anything since we are not truly connect to bnet like PC.
Understood. I played PoE on PS4 when it was first released. There is a site for console that can upload your console account and link it and do things to it like d3planner. I guess I was hopeful someone had something similar for Diablo 3. I will take the time later to manually input all my equipment into d3planner. Thanks for feedback and replies.

It can be done…remember Burnout Paradise on the PS3? Local saves…you could export them to USB them add the save to your PC then import to a website and it would analyze your save and tell you what gates/jumps you were missing.
No reason why D3 saves could be the same but the only issue would be Blizzard in conjunction with Sony would need to work together to provide that service given encryption, file save structure etc and D3planner is an external site.
Point is it could be done.
