If all else fails, try crafting Rare Sovereign Bows at the Blacksmith and upgrade them in Kanai’s Cube.

Of course, upgrade (yellow/rare lvl 70 bows) them on a Witch Doctor, since Cluckeye is in WD’s item pool now.
