Season 19 Leadearboard top 5 Necromancers cleared 150 solo with “LoD Blight Nova” Build and they are using Flawless Royal Emerald on them. The question is why they need Dexterity?
For the America region seasonal leaderboard, there is a GR 150 for a sub 2K paragon player and the second highest clear is GR 130. Something spells fishy or the GR 150 made an exquisite use of the pandemonium buff.
Edit: I just checked the worldwide seasonal necromancer leaderboard, the distribution of top clears is fascinating. I suspect that some have figure out how to utliize the pandemonium buff as necromancers to clear high GRs. The power distribution does not have a typical shape.

I’ll take a wild guess and say that they put dex (or strength) gems to increase their armour rating, the same way people use diamonds to increase all res.

Main stats grant mitigation as follows…
- 1 point of STR = 1 point of armour
- 1 point of DEX = 1 point of armour
- 10 points of INT = 1 point of All Resist
STR and DEX heroes make use of Diamonds in gear to provide them with All Resist, as they natually have lots of Armour due to their main stats.
INT heroes make use of Rubies or Emeralds to provide them with Armour, as they natually have lots of All Resist due to their main stat.
Only high-level INT heroes will make use of this though, as they miss out on some damage by not having Topazes in their chest / legs. This only becomes viable when the issue is no longer being able to do enough damage to clear a GR, but rather your survivability.
