If I am using Wormwood in the cube and I have Vile Hive equipped, does that mean Locust Swarm will have the Pestilence affect applied when being proc’d by Wormwood whether I do or don’t have Locust Swarm equipped as a skill?
Yes. The only teason to equip the skill at that point is to add a different rune to the mix.
