However, even if it’s not the DDoS attack, it’s not a bug so you should probably move your thread to the Technical Support forum.
You can do this by editing your original post and at the top right of the editor, you can click the drop-down for the forum list and choose Technical Support, then save the edit.

Still loading hero list and then frozen.
I’ve just tested EU login. No problem retrieving hero list and could create a game.
Not much idea from me. Try enter a ticket to contact support.

I am having the same prob. was fine few days ago and suddenly, the game froze just after hero selection, It will always freeze in town and i have to restart my PC. i can play the game anymore.
