Boots of Disregard give 40000 life per sec which a percent goes to you, if your running with All Skill Relic you can actually make the follower with better toughness than you, mine has 1.2 mill life with 76000 life per sec, coupled with String of ears belt and the Legendary Gems , my enchantress hardly ever dies.
