I’m afraid not. The Battle.net shop won’t let you purchase the deluxe packages for your account unless you have the base game as well. It’s their way of protecting players from purchasing parts of the game without first having the base game on their account.
This is actually worth asking Customer Support about. The base game is now free. All that is needed to play above level 20 is a subscription. The only part that costs money is the latest expansion, Battle for Azeroth. So, logically everyone now has base WoW and should be able to buy the Digital Deluxe packs that come before BfA.
If that fails to grant the items, they can always contact Blizz for a refund if they do so in a timely way (within a few days of purchase).
So i gave it a shot (as a reward for my first UE clear at GR110)…and it worked fine with a minor glitch…
Logged out of D3/launcher…Made the purchase…logged in to D3 and on game start it gave me the Legionnaire Achievement…went to open the mirror to check out the wings…got an error message, wouldn’t open at all…went to Myriam and no helm transmog…
Logged out again, exited launcher, relaunched, relogged in, started game and BAM there they were.
Sweet. Glad you got what you wanted, even if it was a bit glitchy.

Edit 2: Holy hell the Discourse parser’s got bugs with copypasta. Took me using Beyond Compare to find the one tiny itty bitty tag that got munged making a part of the guide look bugged. Yay for keeping previous versions of the master file handy!
Awesome list/guide. I have been checking the old thread regularly for updates. I must say I am a bit disappointed that I did not manage to collect all, especially in the Seasons.
However, one minor correction, if I may: The Tal’darim Probe seems to be back with the new SC2 WarChest, and it seems to be a regular (I’d wish they would put some new ones, or at least let us get some of the ones we don’t have, instead of recycling this one all the time).
I’ll see about getting that updated and into the guide. Should be easy enough as it’s only in two places.

Great job compiling this list. But… have these transmogs become account bound? all (old) information on the wikis state “no” but I just tested with another user (Looking for transmogs EU softcore realm) and I couldn’t pick them up, neither the provider could trade them to me. Thanks for any input.
I don’t actually know! I thought white items were always able to be traded. If they are account bound don’t they have a label indicating that? Are you testing with Meteorblade? If so feel free to report back what you guys find out.
Yes, the test was done with Meteorblade and unfortunately only the two common Star transmogs and the stormshield (all three I already had) could I pick up. Everything else was account bound, most items were white and a couple blue
I think I’ve worked out what the problem is / was and it’s entirely my fault.
In a thread a couple of months ago there was a question as to whether ramaladni’s gifts could only be used on legendaries / level 70 items. In order to test this, the only level 1 items I knew I had were transmog weapons, so I applied a gift to one of the weapons in order to take a screenshot confirming that the gifts could even be used on level 1 white weapons. As I had over 400 gifts at the time, I did the same thing to each and every transmog I had in my Stash which, it seems, has turned them all into account bound items. The reason the helm, shoulders and shield were the only ones Alex could pick up is they were ones I couldn’t have used a gift on.
So, no, there’s no new bug.

Well then, that explains it. I suspect nobody else would likely modify a level 1 white item. How unexpected!
Anyone else, if you modify an item, even a normally tradeable one, it makes it account bound.
Yeah, it takes an incredible level of special to do that. I guess I might as well go ahead and salvage them as I can’t trade them to people any more to give them the appearance. I feel so daft right now.

If it shows up in the transmog UI specifically with that name on one of the available sword items, then yes. Otherwise, no, since a lack of such in the transmog UI means it is merely using an already existing item appearance and is just there for flavor text.
Anguish’s Grasp is the bonus reward for S20’s Chapters 1-4 completion. Should update the guide accordingly for those who are actively hunting it.
