Does it not spawn on console?
Yes it will spawn. You check both areas? There one at the top right of the map and one at the bottom right on the map. I have done between 20 to 30 tries to get it.
The one I love is the Plans for the staff. I have done up 40 tries to get it. Come on Blizzard the plans should be just like the plans for the bracer.
You waste more time doing these items than anything else you have to do on the Altar.
You don’t need the liquid rainbow on console. The staff of herding only needs gibbering gemstone, black mushroom and wirt’s bell.
