Life regen stopped working COMPLETELY on my Seasonal Wizard

My life regen completely disappeared.
I don’t have Death’s Bargain equipped or cubed.
Life regen stats don’t apply outside of the Boots of Disregard, from what I can tell.
LPS, LPH, and LPK is all sitting at 0.00
No other gear is making this happen, either. The problem still persists when I completely strip my character of gear.

Someone please save me.

Not a bug. User mistake.

No wonder, your gears don’t have any LpS, LpH and LpK. Your templar don’t have healing ability assigned.

If you don’t assign any paragon points to LpS and LpH, then Boots of Disregard is the only source of life regen.
