Perhaps you should try Console Discussion forum.
It might be a good idea to let people know your PSN ID so they can group with you.
The OP is looking for people to play with. What makes you think that the “Looking For Group” forum is the wrong place to do that? There isn’t a console-specific forum for it, so this is the right one.
Op posted on several threads that had little response.
I figured I would direct him there as well to round out the search.
