I know this was mentioned a few years back but there is no reason not to have an instant level 70 button. I dont think we are testing anything pre 70 and if there was any, the boost is optional anyway.
Right now its a bunch of folks hoping to hop on the a power level train while slowly grinding to 70.
Is this something that can be done?
There is, there are enough seasons past where the theme affected level up as well. Leveling up on the ptr has been made easiest it’s ever been but it’s not really known.
With 100 blood shards you can buy the bag of fortune which is full of mats and gems , gems that you can sell for a ton of gold AND the ptr legendary gem bag which will give you a lvl 25 gem of ease AND a lvl 99 LOD.
So to sum it up: craft a lvl 70 yellow, upgrade it to a legendary, use the angelic essence that you get from the bag, use the ramaladni you get from the bag, socket the gem of ease, put the LOD in a crafted ring and youll be 70 in 30 mins
I wish I had thought of this before I spent 2-3 hours levelling my toon to 70 lol
But yes, the levelling experience needs to be tested too… having a power level or button to hit 70 instantly defeats the purpose of the PTR.
Collect 50 shards, buy bag of fortune,
Go T1 or T2, equip red gem in weapon, clear rift, buy legendary gem bag for 50,
Make lvl 70 weapons, upgrade them in cube till u get the one you want, cube it with gem of ease.
Make a bovine bardiche from polearm base, open portal.
2 mins later you’re lvl 70
