Legendary gem missing

i can upgrade it after finishing my rift but can’t find it in stash

4. Cannot find Legendary Gem but can upgrade it at Urshi.
   If Urshi can see the gem and you can upgrade it, it exists somewhere. Most likely it can be in one of your follower’s slots is a common hiding place. You can search for the gem by placing a different legendary gem in the top left slot of each stash page then clearing a GR. Note which gem is directly to the left of the missing gem and go to that stash page and the gem is somewhere on that page. If its on an end then its either in your inventory or on your follower.

If it’s upgradeable these are the only possible locations…

1. In your hero’s Inventory
2. Socketed into your hero’s equipment
3. Socketed into your hero’s follower’s equipment
4. In the Stash

If it’s in the Stash, you have to be aware that it could be socketed into a ring / amulet and really difficult to see. Not only this, the Stash’s filter box will not find a gem by searching for it by name if the gem is socketed into jewellery.

Simplest way to confirm if it’s socketed into a ring / amulet in the Stash is to log into another hero, take all the rings / amulets from the Stash into their Inventory, swap back to your main hero and run another GR. If the gem’s no longer upgradeable it’s in one of the rings / amulets you put in the other hero’s Inventory somewhere.
