You can do all sorts of things, depending on your goals. If you’re only interested in torment levels, you can do anything you want as long as you have a high-level LoD gem. Whirlwind and cleave/bash are really fun.

If you want to push as high as you can, like Basshead said you need to go HotA. You can look at my character Kuurth if you want a quick reference. Pushed that build to gr126.

Also don’t count out LoD frenzy for just messing around.
