Legacy version of vengeful wind dropped

bought offhand bag from vendor and received old version of vengeful wind which had the stack range and no bonus damage. new seasonal character, not on nonseasonal.

Vengeful Wind Legendary Property

The Vengeful Wind Legendary fist weapon found in the Off-Hand Pack sold by Djank Mi’em is the old version and should be removed. I tried to add a link to a screenshot comparing the two for reference, but was unable.
