Leapquake healing bug

So when I Leap or Shout (which trigger an Earthquake), I start regenerating Life over time. It comes from my belt, which has Life per Fury spent.

The strange things:

  • it heals over time, as opposed to instantly
  • the amounts are odd
  • one Leap Eearthquake heals for 36450 HP (30 times 1215 Life Per Fury) (but EQ costs 25 on my bar), over 15 seconds
(maybe free EQ’s have differing fury costs?)
  • Threatening Shout heals for 91125 HP over 38 seconds. (91125/1215 = 75 fury, 3 times normal EQ cost)
  • War Cry heals for 97443 HP over 40 seconds, with a 5 seconds starting delay (45s total)
97443/1215 = 80.2, the only odd one of the three)
  • i have no fury cost reduction or other fancy stats. I unequipped the belt, which stops the healing. the belt has 1215 Life per fury spent
  • casting Leap or shouts, while having belt unequipped causes no healing. However i can cast & then equip → it starts healing
  • casting Seismic Slam (Rumble consumes ALL fury) stops the healing instantly
  • other healing stats i have are:
    0 life per second
    47328 life per hit
    14904 life per kill
    34208 health globe bonus
15% max HP, but i see no interaction here

Overall, I think the spec isn’t a 150 GR spec, so any free buggy healing is welcome, but I’d rather have this sorted out and the spec buffed a little (Edit3: this buggy healing is less than what instant healing would be actually >.<). Likely damage will be lacking, i’m currently at GR 125 and given the 200% AD from Paragon I have next to no viable damage output stats left to roll for on my gear (all ancient, all augmented). I run 0% AD from gear, as I instead take CD reduction, healing and Vita to survive.

I will keep pushing a little, I’m SerasVII on the leadrboard, currently 1st for Might of the Earth GR 125 (Europe PTR Solo Season Softcore)

Edit:
The easiest fix is to ignore this, as the healing amounts to very small amounts as Seismic Slams stops it and cannot offset the need to take several other healing options.
The spec lacks a little damage though

Edit2:
I just realised Edit1 was dumb. A bugfix would result in more healing, as it is currently not taking effect as it happens over time. Unless free EQ’s are not meant to heal
