Yep – there’s been a few reports on Desktop App Tech Support… for some players, the Battle.Net App stopped updating itself and is not showing a up arrow on the blue Blizzard logo… as in:
When that happens, downloading manually the Desktop App seems to solve it… you can download the App here: https://download.battle.net/en-us/desktop
Could you try that and see if it works for you ?
