When I play D3 S29 on my Xbox S everything slows down to the point you stay in one place then all of a sudden you will start moving again but real slow. I don’t have an issue on my Switch. Not sure if it is an Xbos issue or a D3 server issue.
It’s both. Because your Xbox is the “server”.
Depends on what console you mean.
Xbox One S: it’s very old already and it was slow alreafy when it released.
Xbox Series S: should have easier time on higher difficulties but slow downs at GR110+ aren’t uncommon
