2 of my Hard Core Characters have been killed in game now while in rifts and both times death procs have failed to save the character.
I have video proof of both deaths

Please revive my character due to this not being a problem with servers or internet related or even computer related and the death two times now is not how the game was intended to work. I took the first death and moved on but please revive this character that died on 5/1/21

You’ve agreed to the terms of hardcore mode when you created the characters. You aren’t getting your characters back. If this bothers you, then don’t play HC.

Also, in the first video, it clearly shows that the cheat death activated. Note that the enchantress doesn’t confer invulnerability, which you should have known if you read the description. She just increases your chance of escaping. So no bug here. This death is entirely on you.

I didn’t bother watching the second video. And the screenshot of the first IS from your 2nd death. It’s the one that you died permanently a moment later. Go ahead and re-examine your own video. It’s at the 19:20 mark. Geez. Clearly you didn’t watch…
clearly you don’t play and your not capable of understanding anything. YOU HAVE TWO DEATH PROCS NOW… before you troll the website b/c you have no friends please know what you’re talking about.
Man that is hard to take , it makes me laugh how these issues and bugs can’t be fixed ,yet they put time and effort into silly hotfixes of mirror images , from a marketing and company point of view I am flabbergasted at the inadequate way in which blizz goes about its business , all the players want first and foremost is to make the game actually playable , ie bugs like this , also the freeze issues , lag issues etc you know issues that will actually make the game playable , I mean d4 and d2r is on the horizon and you expect people to pay for these games when you can’t make this game playable , and gl with your post easy target ,and take no notice of the trolls mate, you can clearly see the follower proc working as it should at the beginning of the gr ,you get a little symbol to signal the follower cheat death,

In his first vid, you can see he has Spirit Vessel passive when he was rummaging through his spells early in the vid.
But as mentioned, Scoundrel nor Enchantress’s cheat death doesn’t grant you immunity. And its stealth effect, or whatever it is, will break when you cast a spell, will not prevent you from taking further damage. So in terms of ‘cheat death’ it’s not fully useful.
His Spirit Vessel should’ve procced though. And Spiriti Vessel’s spirit form should’ve made him invulnerable. I have hard time replicating what happened to you though.
We have seen several reports regarding bugged cheat death. Seems like Firebird Wiz (with follower’s cheat death) and in some part WD are of the problem.
thank you sir, yeah they dont get me triggered i’ll go all day with them but thats what they want too lol. yeah the death though two times now is hard to take. when it’s clearly not procing second death passive.
Why upload a 20 minute video to show you died in the last 15 seconds of it? Take some time and learn how to edit your videos.
I know it’s hard to take it, but I think Blizzard won’t do anything of it, even it clearly is a bug. From the videos you can see the Spirit Vessel didn’t proc for both deaths.
Sad, it’s so much fun playing HC, but we have to take the risk of not only dc/1016 error/game freeze/lag…etc, but also the bugs.
Banana, So if you look at my channel you could see i know how to edit but if you knew anything you’d know that you have to see proof there were both death procs were active. exactly why i have time stamps but for the devs they need to see the whole thing to prove i didn’t take it off. Take some time and get some friends.
@kainsanity yeah i know nothing will prob happen because its the risk to play but there are all ways exceptions. But i’m aware they won’t do it for me but maybe they can at least fix the issue. Two times in one season dying to same exact bug is bull.
