Should I keep grinding bounties to craft the shoulders for a better one or keep this and craft other other equipment ?
If this is for Firebird’s, you’ll want shoulders without area damage eventually. The area damage may start to cause lag issues as you progress to higher GRs.
Those will be usable for solo speedruns for now though. The area damage is a dead stat since it doesn’t work with Firebird’s, but it shouldn’t cause lag issues in solo speeds. But eventually you’ll want ones without AD, you’ll gain some toughness from RCR/vit/life%, and won’t have as many lag issues.

Yeah, for Firebirds you should. But still, you rolled a nice item. So keep it, since they might have something in store for Tal Rasha next or another build comes up that benefits from AD. You never know.

Yeah, that’s a good point. Those are decent shoulders for Tal’s Frozen Orb. It’s not a particularly strong build right now (Tal’s is the weakest wizard set), but if they buff Tal’s in the future those shoulders could be quite good for that.
