Thereā€™s been no word on whether or not the 4th cube slot would be made permanent. While itā€™s certainly possible, chances are low imo, so keep your expectations low if possible.

Hope for the best, plan for the worst. Would be nice but I donā€™t see it happening.

How? obviously it is written into seasons, not hard to convert into non-season.
I am no computer person, but seems like an easy thing to do since the hard work was done getting it to work on season.

No if you meant is it likely to happen on ns, then itā€™s probably a no.

They donā€™t have to do anything. Donā€™t know where did you get something like that but okā€¦

For me keeping 4th cube slot would be huge for this game and i wish it would happen. People are farming 150s like itā€™s nothing for few seasons now. So that 4th cube slot would be improvment for solo players.

Unlikely in NS. I hope they will bring this back in other seasons though (together with a secondary theme, as in S22).

Wellā€¦ since i play only seasons i donā€™t care about NS that much. But for NS it could be too much, i admit it. But i donā€™t think people with 8-10k paragons would care that much.

Stillā€¦ for solo players it would be amazing :slight_smile:

so you have a 4th cube slot in NON-season thenā€¦ right? oh wait- you donā€™t, no one does. so donā€™t come one here and say ā€œthey donā€™t have to do anythingā€ to ADD something to non-season. W>T>F>

Iā€™d rather see permanent shadow clone bonus for solo players in NS. At least itā€™s something to close that huge gap between solo and group play.

I would say 100% no just because they going to run out of ideas to make seasons unique.

The chances of the 4th slot staying are very low. Obviously thereā€™s always a small chance but donā€™t expect it.

A lot of people who advocate keeping the 4th slot say it brings more diversity. But does it really? What Iā€™ve mostly seen is that existing builds only get some additional damage modifier added to the mix or another source of mitigation. For example all necro builds which previously couldnā€™t use Reilenaā€™s Shadowhook now use that exclusively. Nothing has changed, only numbers get bigger.

With certain limitations the 4th slot could be actually meaningful and bring diversity.
