I am trying to complete the Seasonal Journey objective, Kanai’s Excellent Adventure. I have already got Kanai’s Cube on a non-seasonal alt. When I try and find the cube for my seasonal toon, the cube is not showing up so that I can get this achievement and move on to more Season Journey objectives. How do I get credit for this quest since my non-seasonal alt already got the cube? Also, the Cube is not showing up in-town for my seasonal toon.
You need to find it again in Season… it’s not going to show up in town all by itself.

You can do the objectives in any order you wish. To receive chapter rewards, however, you must have completed all objectives in the preceding chapters.
Talk to Zoltan Khule in town, go get the cube…
Not a bug - pilot error.

Season and Non-Season are completely seperate sections of the games. Anything you do or get on season does not affect your non-season (until season ends) and vice versa.

If you cannot get the cube on your seasonal character it’s likely that you are in Campaign mode and not Adventure. The cube can only be obtained and used in Adventure mode.
I think that OP is at the wrong place. Several players have written here to report that the Cube was nowhere to be found and was therefore bugged… while searching for it in the Immortal Throne area.
