Kanai’s Cube not present in-game. I am in the Immortal Throne and it is not present there or in town. I have tried to get it in multiple difficulty levels through Nightmare I with no success. I have already grabbed it during past Seasons with no problems…
Hi :
The cube is not in the Immortal Throne area. Keep looking.
I’d rather not spoil the surprise for you… so I will provide only one additional hint :
it is nearby.
Can one of you nice TL3 people embed this please…

Until then, you could look at it here

^^ How to spoil a surprise !
Thanks to both of you.
Don’t you think I had maps and screenshots that I could have provided…
Yeah, I’m sure you did, but I already had one ready from an EU thread where I’d explained how to get the Kanai’s Skorn transmog, in which you want the Immortal Throne area, not the Kanai’s Cube area, i.e. the exact opposite of this thread.
What surprise?
In Adventure Mode you go into an area that has a Bounty and immediately get a yellow arrow on the mini-Map showing you where to go. I’m surprised that Blizzard hasn’t added a yellow arrow showing the way to Kanai’s Cube if you talk to Zoltun Kulle first.
Karmasamsara had already done the work: They had to fight their way through the Ruins of Sescheron. And they obviously fought their way through the Elder Sanctum to find The Immortal Throne. Now that they know where to look, they’ll have to do this again.
I applaud Meteorblade for posting his Map. Blizzard has enough vague information in-game on one hand and gives too much information on the other.
I come here to help players. In this case, the OP only needed to know:
- This is NOT a bug.
- Where to find Kanai’s Cube. (They were on the right Map, just the wrong area).
I do not come here with the intention to anger other players. Therefore, I deleted my previous post.
That’s because it’s part of the riddle… sigh !
I think you veteran players have forgotten the thrill of finding/solving these little mysteries in the game. Something you have now denied the OP.
Good work !
I generally hold to the view that by the time someone has gotten frustrated enough to leave the game, head to forums, and make a thread asking for help or reporting what they think is a bug, what they need to be given is direct answers rather than hints to the answers.
I agree with you.
However. There are a few others here who think that it is just laziness on the players’ part for not doing any research before posting, and that is it not good to spoon-feed people information and encourage that type of behavior.
I agree with that point of view as well.
If you read the first post, they were not asking for help or frustrated that they could not find the location, they assumed that it was be a bug, because it is not possible that they did not search every corner.
Instead of looking online for an answer first (which is readily available), they posted here to complain that the cube did not exist.
If the person is receptive, and is asking for help, then I agree with Boubou, and hints are best, so as not to spoil the game. However, if someone comes here and complains about something that is not a bug, and it is obvious that they did not try to find a solution first, then I think it needs to be pointed out to them that they are wrong, and suggest that they do some research first before posting.
