hi ya ive claimed kanai’s cube on another account, but now i want to get it on another character is this possible? instead of the cube kanai opens the not a cow portal. what am I doing wrong, there is no cube to claim.
That’s not the place where you get the cube. Cube, you get it at upper right corner on the map. Once you’re there King Kanai will appear and point the finger at the cube, then you’ll be able to click it. The location you went to is the upper left corner on the map, where normally there is only King Kanai’s throne room. King Kanai’s not a cow level is an event that only occurs on March. This made you confused because normally you would know you went to the wrong place (as there is nothing). Go to the upper right corner on the map, and you’ll be able to get the cube.
i was in the throne room, he woke up and opened the portal unless theres a different throne room. it looked like the place i went to before. Any insight is greatly appreciated
The Immortal Throne room is not where you find the Cube.

The Cube is usually to the East or Northeast of the Throne.
If you’re in the throne room, turn back towards the entrance and follow the left (or north wall). A few screens away, you’ll find another room with the Cube.
Also, check in the throne room this week only (the last week of March) for a Mysterious Chest. That chest contains Kanai’s Skorn, a unique transmog item.
You’re confusing the March Kanai’s event with the Cube’s room. Take a look at the third picture in this thread…
