Never happened before, anyone else experienced this at level 70?
Wasn’t a reduced lvl requirement item or anything, I was just upgrading yellows in the cube and it said transmute failed, turns out I got a level 61 item from Kadala…
I mean, I know she’s difficult to deal with but…
This is a very rare issue but it can happen.
It happened to me long ago and it was the same case. Gambled something, tried to upgrade it and it failed. Turned out to be a level 61 item.
Has happened to me, I think when I was fishing for Ancient Deathwish and upgrading Rare Swords that I got. I noticed I could not upgrade one of the 1-hand Swords I’d gotten from her.
Just happened to me yesterday and not for the first time. One of those oddities I guess 
She actually gave me a primal yesterday that I can use with my Templar.
