Just one thing - please check my gear, I play with monk LoD - WoL Monk and somebody told me that monk is somehow bugged, but I just couldnt afford to take it straight as pure statement … so I started as a monk and guess what … Very often I use my skills but at some point nothing happens - mobs are just NOT taking any damage - I am NOT a regular MONK-player… Everything is working,seemingly fine, but for some reason, mobs dont take any damage . I am pissed off right now, I am dissapointed, because of the good items I farmed and crafted so far and still - speed 120s are not so ok with me. Please recheck your code and fix this ma-da-faking so of a **ore. Thanking you, indeed and I love you guys <3 See you around and good luck
Don’t remember such statement anywhere.
It could be about two things; you have a lag stutter where your actions are animated but feedback is ignored by server which can happen to ANY class, or you have missed a combo of skills (ie. CStrike to CoE cycle) and attacking without it.
LoD Monk is the only build I did not play so I wouldn’t know for sure, but I haven’t heard such complaint about the class before. Comparing your build to this guide here:

Perhaps equip your Scoundrel for Night’s Veil ability, and replace Dashing Strike or Serenity with Way of the Hundred Fists- Assimilation for more damage? I took a look at your equipment and everything seems fine to me.

If you chose to post there you will need to provide useful details, like the spell used and the types of enemies used on, if you saw damage numbers (assuming you have those turned on), etc… As much detail as you can to help a developer reproduce the issue.

Just want to check your build and it looks fine but I can’t see what’s in the 4th cube slot via the web. I am presuming the 4th item in the cube is the Incense Torch of the Grand Temple? Otherwise that might be a reason for not doing any damage. From memory, the better items to cube for damage and Epiphany uptime are ITotGT and Flying Dragon.
Also, at 1200 Paragon, you might be pushing it trying to do 120 speeds with LoD WoL. Maybe drop the level a few or switch to necro for speeds at higher levels.
