Let’s not forget the other use case, AoV Heaven’s Fury, a jack-of-all-trades build that decently trash clears and doubles as an RGK.
Personally, I’m glad this mini set went to @ 200% from an item variety standpoint (as it is lame when you have items like Dawn, Norvalds, Flying Dragon present across most builds), HOWEVER, the recompense should have been a sizable buff to Khassett’s Cord of Righteousness as many people in this very forum echoed a few dozen times.

Try play a WD or DH with 1 Less stat in Offhand and with a Block roll…

Also Norvald’s is used from 1 build…which isnt even TOP 10 close , its just average…

I said that Norvald’s should be buffed back because NOTHING ELSE was tested and the only change that they could realistically do is to put Norvald’s to its former iteraction which was 400% bonus… OR ELSE, SADER WILL BE GARBAGE THIS SEASON and people will still be complaining without offering a realistic or reasonable idea.
