The asia season just ended and the mail system is NOT working lost everything did not even get the paragon point so i guess will make some mule for my stuff for EU server…
Social manager,please pay attention to this serious issue with the Asian server and fix it as soon as possible.
I just checked it. Yeah, I have mail that is 2 weeks old (from premature season ending), but no new mail with what I collected after season revival.

2ND EDIT: For anyone skeptical about the “5-alarm fire” call, remember now, this is exactly how it started when the season prematurely ended. That was TWO WEEKS ago.
They've had PLENTY of time to fix this, or warn about this, etc. It shouldn't have happened the FIRST time around. And now, the gift that keeps on giving it seems.
I was somewhat diplomatic the last time. This time, not so much.

These characters that are not getting post-season mail, were they:
- the ex-seasonal chars that were automatically transferred back to season?
- the chars that were completely unaffected, hence didn’t have mail when the season mistakenly ended?
- the newly created seasonal chars (not automatically transferred back) after the season was restarted?
- any/all of the above?

I always store all the gear I want to keep, on my characters stash. Hopefully they’ll tranfer without a glitch.

Oh the drama. Season was borked anyway.
I actually went back in, repaired my build and unlocked half of my altar again. Have all I want to carry over on my char (mostly the primal Nilfur’s I got for the “first” GR70 and the Haedrig’s gifts) and don’t care if the handful of mats and paragons gets added to the non seasonal heap or not.
At the current state of the game it wouldn’t make much of a difference if the whole non seasonal stash went poof, at least for the guys who play season only. And the handful of non season players should not be affected.
But don’t you think it’s reasonable for people to be upset? Some are more invested than others.

I hadn’t played on Asia at all in season 33 but once the season was turned back on and I realized I had lost all progression on EU and NA I decided to switch to Asia. So number 3 for me and yeah I didn’t get anything after the season ended. It’s like the season never happened. I guess season 33 post restart was just a ghost.
They made it worse. It was OP for a long time.
They’ve done that in nearly every game they have. A build or class is OP, then nerfed to or near uselessness.

This also occurred on NorthAmerica server 2 weeks ago. pre-mature season end, lost everything. Almost seems this is a intended way to discourage d3 gamers and force a move to d4.

Everything should have been sent to non-season. Mine was.
The only thing lost was the progress within the season itself, as in the altar, the artisans, the paragon (since your previous paragon was also moved to non season, along with your materials and gold)
Anyone that was not playing or logged into the game during that week were unaffected. Others used their personal rollbacks to reset the account back to pre-blip status.
But what I’m hearing isn’t good. Its almost as if any progression earned since the blip won’t be saved. Paragon, materials, gold, etc, and possibly items in the stash. Not good.
It’s actually more powerful… i found a way lol.
I’m all ears. Before they nerfed lightning, that build was dropping Ubers like they were nothing.
Needs more movement but it’s more powerful.

Once more a general tip: Make sure you have a non-season char , just to be safe.
I know that season chars should and will get converted to non-season upon season end. But I experienced an ‘everything gone’ moment on an account that had only season chars, when the premature season end and subsequent season restore happened. I had to create a new non-season lvl 1 char which (after a day of waiting) had the mail show up from the previous accidental season end, phew.
This should not happen again today… but just to be sure…

EU season just ended, lost ALL of the 1100 paragon i earned after they borked the previous ending and reinstated it. GG’s Blizzard, golfclap.
