The Cup icon (3rd Bottom Right) Is the Journel. Are all the collection of Books, Journel, etc belong to that character only?

Yes. each character have a separate journal and books. So you must select the one character which will be a lorekeeper. And for future warning. There is one book in game which very hard to get. This book drops to you when you asking Kul about quest to find Kanais cube. If you already have the cube this book can’t be received. Seasonal rebirth is deleting all progress including lore books.
