Jen just quit, D4 delayed, I was right as usual

Didn’t benefit D3 any…

4 years later (from announcement to release) there was barely any excitement, made even worse by how bad the game actually was.

Panic! Drama! Again. It’s getting realy anoyeing. You must be my mum. She is jumping to conclusions too early, for no reason, like you do.

No idea what planet you live on OP. Do you even read the quarterly blogs? Diablo 4 is far from shutdown or a dumpster fire.

Says the 89 year old high school teenager.

You already said you weren’t going to buy D4.
Do you pinky-promise?

Quick, someone get an industrial strength thumbs-down button for the forums.

Your twenty alts having the same opinion as you doesn’t count.

I don’t care if anyone does or not but i say the last update was a load of shat!

Don’t forget he’s likely responsible for a dozen copies himself. So he thinks that is a high percentage of 30M+. Remember he just recently graduated High School and is 89 years old. It took him a while.

Let’s be real here, there are unmeasurable variables, too many moving parts to look at things in retrospect. V.V. merged with Blizzard back in Jan 2021. Late July 2021 the scandal got revealed. Afterwards, team morale plummeted and the many hands that held things together left/got-kicked. At this point the whole company is in free fall. Anyway I’ve already stepped too far into crazy land, and I forgot to mention OW and WoW things.

tldr; V.V./Jen walked into misfortune.

As for Mike Ybarra becoming king of the hill, well… it didn’t work out for Mike Morhaime, didn’t work out for J Allen Brack, and the same can be said for Jen… as cool as it seems that Ybarra plays WoW and pushes RMT… this isn’t a transferable skill, the skill needed to rejuvenate a company of 5 thousand demoralized employees with factions forming wrestling for control. At this point, I don’t think many realize what needs to be achieved hasn’t even been done by world leaders. Rubbing hands together over RMT potential is so far disconnected from what needs to be done, it’s a completely separate world.

Bobby Kotick has been the only one commanding leadership in the last 6months, and he’s the very last guy who should be saying anything.

The one who can fix Blizzard is someone so terrifying, someone with such natural command, they make Bobby look small. It’s someone who understands video games perfectly, but has no need to play them. It’s someone so focused on the business and its people - nothing else matters.

I’d put money on those in the padded room wouldn’t want him either, They may be crazy but they aren’t that crazy

well seeing as D3 is a dumpster fire can’t really say that sounds like the worst person to lose.

No matter what you said, all D4 development progress fit perfectly into late22/early23 full release (and this is what inverstors were told too - as we see). Delay (from 22 to, obviously, 23) is connected with recent unpredictable force majeure circumstances.

more people agree with me than you.

how does that make you feel after insulting me?

You realize that it took Blizzard 11 years to develop Diablo III right? I was generous when I said 2025.

Just cause a majority liked your one post more than someone else, does not make you better.

Trust me. I am as mad as a hatter and he makes me look sane.

Anyone expecting D4 at all at this point is probably delusional.

He linked to a post by someone called “Words” on the D2R forum. So either he was saying 13 people like that OP who had a similar topic, or he is saying Words is another one of his accounts.
