Jar of souls bounty i still broken. Sometimes cannot be completed… FFS

Could you be a tiny bit more specific about what went wrong ?
Never had a problem with this bounty. BTW, PC or Console ?

On pC

another player did bounty. I noticed its last one not completed. When a came to that jar, it was destroyed but bounty wasnt finished.
