Items in ps4 version

Hello there. I want to seriously buy Diablo 3 for PS4. And I was wondering if my items will be in there.

By items I mean those ones that you get from some other game’s purchases, etc. (For example the StarCraft 2 warchest give you some cosmetics for Diablo 3). I think I have a couple of these. But will these be there if I buy the PS4 version?

Are StartCraft 2 and Diablo 3 on the same platform (PS4)? If not, then likely those bonus items don’t transfer cross platform.
