Hello, today there was a situation in which the squirt necklace simply disappeared from me, or more precisely, I had another necklace on the enchanter and I wanted to replace mine (squirt) with the one she had when I moved mine to her inventory it suddenly disappeared, it was not on the ground or in the warehouses and also the gem that was put into it from the deep rift disappeared, which is why I lost the necklace and also the gem that already had several levels

On PC, items don’t magically disappear, the bug is often between the chair and the keyboard

Pc, but what can i do with this now? I lost my item for which i spent my time and i can’t repair it.

I described what happened above, I was transferring an item to the enchanter and one of the necklaces simply disappeared and the problem was not solved, I just found a new one

As I told you, an item does not disappear by magic, it turns out that the bug is always between the chair and the keyboard.
This is not a criticism, I often happen to be the bug (Losing a potion in GR, recycling an item from my set while I was comparing other items, not finding an item that was finally on another character or on a companion, and so on…).
But an item does not disappear by magic,
I’m not saying that the item magically disappeared, just that it’s probably a bug, and there was no recycling in this case either, because I wasn’t even standing by the blacksmith when the item disappeared.
Next time you see Urshi, check if she can see the gem that was in the amulet. If she can see it, you have it somewhere.
Unfortunately, Blizzard cannot restore lost items. The only thing you can do is an account rollback and, is that amulet really worth what you would lose by doing that?

…except it is on one of the other two followers…
…or has recently (!) been sold to one of the vendors…
…or has been dropped somewhere (in town (maybe even in a “connected” room), out of town)
…or maybe something I forgot to remember 
- that I have “left” it at another spot in the last 12+ years…
Then, even the annoying Urshi has no chance too “see” it…
Obviously, she can’t see it if it is truly gone. It happened while switching from the Enchantress, so it is unlikely to be on another follower, though that is easy enough to check.
I’m just saying that if she can see it, it may have ended up buried in the stash.

Yep, almost every time something has “disappeared”, it has been user error. Except, perhaps, those times that crafting mats vanished at end of Season rollover.
Occasionally, items that were crafted may vanish if one logs out before a checkpoint is reached.
It’s a good practice to walk around a bit after using the Cube or Kadala.
Oh yeah, found items may also vanish if a disconnect happens before the game can register the find.
That has happened to me when I disconnected porting back to town from a Goblin floor.
