On my two kids diablo accounts on Xbox one. No matter what device or character(even new ones) their account keeps freezing. Tried deleting all characters and problem persisted with new characters. Tried on different xboxes and same issue… Xbox said its a blizzard issue and tech support has not responded to my queries… When going into menus (stash or to change gear and even mail box) it closes out quickly. So they are unable to receive gifts, check and change items, or access their stash… What can we do?
Hey, Isng2myducky! With this happening across different xboxes, this sounds a bit like there may be a connection issue. When the other xboxes were tested, was it in the same network? If so, would it be possible to try another network or hotspot to test?
Blizzard’s Technical Support is pretty limited when it comes to console Diablo III troubleshooting, since the game is not hosted by Blizzard, but this should help if there is some sort of connection issue causing the game to freeze.
