Is this Ancient Dawn "usable" for GoD DH?

Asking this because I had spent a long time getting an Ancient Dawn, and at this point, I ran out of FS to reforge another Ancient Dawn.

This is the Ancient Dawn that I had at this moment:

I wonder, is it “usable” considered it has only 57% Cooldown Reduction for Vengeance?

Roll LpH to CDR and carry on. The grind continues but it should be a nice improvement on what you have.

I would not use that. the 57% is way too low for the cdr.

You’ll need about 49-50% sheet cdr to be able to comfortably keep full uptime on vengeance with a 57% dawn
