Is this a bug with the store?

I started up BattleNet for the first time since about the half-way point of season 17 and noticed that, on the store, it tells me that I have the D3 Eternal Collection. I only bought D3 (a physical copy from Walmart) and then later upgraded to RoS through BattleNet. I thought maybe Blizz had a promo that somehow gave me Rise of the Necromancer for free, so I was a bit excited to log in and roll one. However, I found that I don’t actually have it at all.

Is this just a bug with the store or am I missing something? Thanks for any comments!

All they did was change the splash screen to Eternal Collection for everyone. They didn’t give anyone anything for free.

I think jakobfel is saying that, when he visits the store, it says that he has Eternal Collection; see Diablo® III - Diablo III | Battle.net

@jakobfel: I have the same also… and I do not have the Necro. It’s been like that for a little while… ever since they rearranged the Blizzard Shop.

Fair enough. This is what I see on the store…

What I actually purchased over the years was…
D3
ROS
ROS Digital Deluxe (which was an upgrade to standard ROS)
Necromancer DLC
but the store seems to think that I’ve purchased the Battle Chest (D3+ROS) and the Eternal Collection (D3+ROS+NecroDLC) and doesn’t seem to show the Necromancer DLC as a separate purchasable anywhere.

That’s part of the rearrangement :frowning:

The Necro shows up on another screen : https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/family/diablo-iii

Ahh thanks guys. Welp, that kinda sucks, I was hoping I got RotN for free haha. Either way, thanks for the responses (and sorry for the really delayed response)!
