Is the D3 PTR down?

Update:
Guys, the devs encountered an issue with the PTR code. They are working to fix it and will post and status update in the stickied thread at the top of the general forum. Stay tuned.

It is 9/18 and I get an error message when attempting to load into the PTR. The message says there is a newer version, the game will close and automatically download the update. Nothing happens after the game client closes. Multiple attempts produces the same result.

As in the posted thread by the devs, the PTR has been delayed. As for an expected update, it’s TBD, and they’ll let us know.

Thank you. I didn’t go looking, I figured maybe I did something wrong or didn’t do something.

Got the same Problem, even a reinstall doesn’t change anything. PTR installed, game can be opened but requires an update and stops with the comment that the update will be loaded - but there is no further upload.
PTR does not work.
Diablo 3,in all world regions, works fine
