What do you mean with smart loot? it is a very dump loot system. actually no item you need can be find be drop. Almost all items I have are Rare items upgrades snd rerolls in cube. Dropped legendaries are instantly salvaged since all are not relevant items. I do not remember since I found an itdm from dtop.
