Is it true that we'll need to play D4 to get D3 time?

I heard that soon we will have to earn Diablo Bucks by playing D4 (double Bucks with Season Pass, Triple Bucks can be bought in Store) in order to be allowed to log into D3. Is this true? Earn 1 Diablo Bucks per hour of D4 play time (double Bucks with Season Pass, Triple Bucks can be bought in Store (you’re literally losing money by not buying)), and you must pay 20 Diablo Bucks a month for D3 accessibility?

Am i getting misinformation from my D4 friends, or is this coming soon?

Now see, this is an actual troll. Not that I wish ill on him. Sometimes he can be funny. And other times, well I’ll just not talk about those other times other than they can be pretty bad.

All I ask is that you note the difference between what he posts and what others like myself have posted and be a little more careful who you decide is a troll or not.
