If I have gear from a previous Season in my email, and I Rebirth a Seasonal character, will the gear on my Rebirth replace the gear from the Season, or be added to it?
A new or rebirthed Seasonal char will start fresh and will not have access to previous season emailed items (not visible). If you rebirth into a non-seasonal char, then the email items will be available and visible.
When you rebirth an existing char, it is a good idea to always remove all items from that char beforehand, or the items will be replaced with fresh char default gear.

At the end of the season, all of the gear from my seasonal account will be emailed to the nonseasonal normal account.
If I have not removed all of that gear from my email and integrated it into the nonseasonal account, in other words, if there is still gear in my email when I rebirth a new character, whatever gear the rebirthed character was equipped with will also be emailed to the nonseasonal side of that account.
I want to know if the new emailed gear will replace the gear that is already in the email, or if that gear will be added together, so that all of it will still be available.
No it wont be replaced it will be added
Unless you wasted your time (~30 days) to collect your gear from mail.
At that point, it is automatically moved to /dev/null (ie it disappears for good)
It should be added to the mailbox as a separate set of emails with their own timer. Please be sure to clear the mailbox on non season before the 30 days expires.

Alright. Though it won’t be the end of all things to lose a few items, and I’ve already get the really important stuff, Gifts, rings, gems…I’ll test the process.
UPDATE:
OK, here’s how it works. All gear on the Rebirthed character is sent back to the nonSeasonal side of the account, and is added to the gear that is already there. It is divided by category just like the gear that is there, but the gear from the Rebirth will have a different expiration date. There is no separate set for items that have a different expiration date; all Legendary items are grouped together, for example, but one item may expire in 15 days, while the Rebirth items will expire in 29 days.
