I have no idea if this is a bug or feedback, but I finished a solo boss run with, like 3 minutes left for the Boss conquest, and I can’t figure out why I didn’t get it. I can just do it again, but it’s discouraging – this was after 2 hours of trying it in various ways, and maybe another 2 hours of pretty rigorous research and setting up the character. I’m a new player, but I spent a lot of time reading the rules on the conquests, so I’m genuinely baffled and don’t know if I should try again – everything, for once, went perfectly, and I had SO much time left…but I didn’t get the conquest, so I’m really worried that I never will.
It starts from when you start the game so if you’re running a bunch of rifts then decide to try for the conquest you’re not going to get it. Or if you start the game, muck about creating your speed build then start killing bosses… You ain’t going to get it.

Yes, Boss Mode is working fine. Never had an issue with it. Common errors include:
- Not timing things properly. The conquest starts as soon as you enter the game, not when you kill the first boss. You then have 20 minutes to kill the final one.
- Wrong difficulty level. You need to be at least on Torment 10, although you can do it on a higher difficulty level.
- You missed a Boss. you don’t have to kill Vidian, but you may have missed one. Each act has 3 bosses except for Act 3, which has 4.
How are you timing things? Best way is to use your phone’s timer. Start it as soon as you click “Start Game.”

I’ll note that boss animations like Belial and especially Malthael count against you.
Mine bugged out too. Had nothing to do with timers. It was working fine at first, but after awhile the kills just weren’t registering for some reason. What made it work for me was setting my game to public.

Don’t rely on the check boxes. They are slow to update. Kill all the bosses (except Vidian) in 20 minutes, and you will get the achievement.
You failed because you looked at the check boxes and saw that they did not update, and then reset the game. If you had just completed the assignment, you would have gotten it.
Don’t look at the check boxes. Write the boss names down, or just follow the boss icons on the map till they are all checked off. You will get it if you start your timer when you first make a new game.
