Lamentation change nerfed WW to 7 tiers. What is the meaning buffing when the nerf pretty much neutralized all WW buffs? If this is the kind of developers, what faith do we have on Diablo IV?

Dont get into there still has HoTA topic. Any non morons will know Ancients disrupts groupings, pigeon hole ancients on a fast mobile Raekor spec that capable of pulling 1/2 of festering is ninja nerf to this spec. With the Rend nerf, the best possible 14x spec is Raekor HoTA, yet Remorseless is counter productive in groupings.
With no news on adjustments to s19 theme, Rend is the scape goat for the bugged s19 theme. While season ninja advantage has been dissected by the elite community, its not protested as we understand the need of injecting new player base due to NS paragon gap. However, s19 disrupts balance. Rend will easily reach 14x under s19 theme, a core mentality behind the nerf. Where do you leave NS player base?
Regardless, any Wiz buffs in future will be heavily pushed even if it costs 10-100k keys for it to be nerf warranted.
