Hes trolling lmao, dont actually follow what he said for deleting characters
I went all yesterday with no crashes, was pretty excited.
Today I crash at game join no matter what.
I got around that by creating a new lobby game, until I crashed in the forgotten tower. The workaround of creating a new game instead of hitting play is now also not working.
Going to give creating a new character and then going back to original one for now.
itās because itās not an error code, itās a ticket for Blizzard so they can se the error and see how often it happens

I donāt have the errors folder in that location
Iāve been having the same problem with my system using Intel Iris Xe graphics but my laptop with the mobile Ryzen 5 CPU and Vega 6 graphics from three years ago is able to launch and play (very slowly and choppy but it plays).
However, the Iris Xe benchmarks are far superior to the 3 year old Vega 6.
Since not a single blue post help with anything for most of us should we just ask for a refund or hope it works either next week or in September 23rd

Iāll share my experience with this bug:
The game started fine for me, then i made the mistake to quit the game using ALT+F4.
Next login this problem (crash on play) appeared. I tried almost everithing (fixing game files, deleting BattleNet cache, resetting nVidia settings, uninstall and reinstall, changed audio sourceā¦), then i gave up and i created a new PG. New PG (same class, Amazon) worked like a charm.
After playing a 1-2 hours with the new PG, i tried to start the game with the old PG and magically there was no crash, so old PG saved and playable!
I donāt kow if this will work for everyone, but itās something worth a try.

DIIR not run with Intel Graphics Card,simple,pls fix this bug
What helped me is updating the Intel HD530 driver as well as the Audio driver.
After that it worked for me but itās just using the onboard Intel HD530 instead of the NVidia extra GTX960m GPU ā¦ what results in pretty uggly frame rates ā¦
Always same problem for me.
I tried Win update, GPU update, Sound update, Scan and repair, run as admin, -w, ā¦
Nothing works.
I have WIN 10 and Intel UHD Graphics 630 (if it can help)

I am able to play the game fine as long as I make a new character. If I ever save and exit with that character, loading that character always makes this log and then CTDs on the last few frames of the loading screen animation. It is the same result across 3 computers of varying configurations. None of workarounds here change anything. The only fix that seems to work is deleting my characters.

This did not work for me. I tried with other computer with AMD graphics (I have intel) and the game work fine (well some other bugs appeared but it was playable). It seems that Intel Graphics has something to do with it.
