Playing with PC. Made a new Non-season (softcore) Monk to kill time until season start. I’m using full Inna set with water allies and they only stay in water form for about 4 seconds. They should remain in water form for 15 seconds.
Anyone else? Ideas?
It looks like you are using a Legacy version of the Crudest Boots.

I had forgotten how long it’s been since I played softcore! Also, how long ago those boots were changed.

If it has been that long, you may have a number of Legacy items in stash. Mempo, Flavor of Time, Etched Sigil, Vigilante Belt, etc.
Etched Sigil was fun to play with until they changed Tal Rasha
