Hello, dear support! I got problems with ingame Diablo 3 mail. I need help.
I will say from start: I refreshed options of game and reinstaleld game in hope to solve this problem. So problem is not with any kind of cache files and not on my side and not with my client at all.
How did it happened: I cant remember it for sure, but I got challenge portal reward and was unable to get reward. So reward is bugged in my ingame mail now.
What do I see now: If I log on any char sessonal or not sesonal in company or adventures modes. My ingame mail is unable and I cant get anything from it. When I log on any char and start challenge mode so I see one legendary heal potion and msg that it cant be grabbed in bag. I can grab it in bag of TEMP player of challendge mode but cant use it. Or I can delete mail with this heal potion. But when I log again in challenge mode I see this heal potion again and cant do anything. This potion blocks my mail. I passed channenge mode again today and should get reward but mail is bugged and I cant get a chest. My altair progress requires this chest so my progress is stoped mailly. Also I cant get 1 gold knife-wings from ingame mail that system gives me every time for every new char. Thst additional fact also confirms that my mail is bugged.
What help I want:
- basic level - remove all items from my mail and unbug it;
- medium - remove all items from my mail and unbug it and remove flag that I got challenge reward chest this week to let me get it again;
- maximum - remove heal potion from my mail and let me have challenge reward chest;
- super extra - unbug my mail and let me have challenge reward chest and that legendary heal potion.
Will happy to get any solution of this problem. Plz help me!
PS There is some screens from game that sorted up from oldest to newest screens.

Your screenshots show only you being in the Challenge Rift mode. The mail in this mode will not contain the Challenge Rift cache.
Your Challenge Rift Cache should be in your mail in Adventure or Campaign mode.

I described situation in my main post. Ingame mail service dosent work like it should do. I dont have access to my mails in company or adventuree modes so I didnt make any screens to show I dont have this picture of mail in that modes but it is. It’s clear.
Take attention that, in opposit, I can use Challenge Rift mode to take item from mail into my inventory but cant use it. I can take this item unlimited number of times. Once every time I reenter Challenge Rift mode. Challenge Rift mode designed to not to take any items from mail.
I posted this topic to find someone who has real access to server data and can contact with Europian Blizzard office to solve this data issues.
You are not going to find anyone like that here.

You don’t, because your mail is empty. Simple.
The mail in CR is there everytime you enter this mode, it’s normal. It does not affect your real mail in any way. These are independent things.
On EU server Challenge Rift restarts on Tueasday around 5am CEST. Just wait till then, and do the Challenge Rift. 
Remember to talk to Edira when you finish the rift. (I just tested it - it turns out you do not have to talk to Edira to get the Challenge Rift cache.)
There’s no other way anyone can help you, I’m afraid.

May be there is some consol command to open mailbox in Diablio 3?
Like in WOW we can use /run LeaveParty() if party is bugged (via sending in chat).

OK. So new Tuesday has come and Challenge Rift fight is pretty easy and it was bitten.
There is cosmetic bug in Challenge Rift mode. The char everyone should play has installed especial healing potion. And bug is a thing when this potion is also sended via ingame mail and cant be used. There is no real problem at all.
About other part of ingame mail… Probally I won Challenge Rift mode reward before, forgot it and this is reason I didnt get this reward twice. Right now I got this reward via ingame mail. All is working, all is fine.
So sorry I made you to be worring. Facepalm.
