Inarius set buff makes Lazy Inarius T16 viable now (barely)

One of my all time favorites – Lazy Inarius – is back due to the set buff. Nice. Smooth 2-3 min clears.
Moving on to Blood & Essence Pestilence farm build to see if it also will be usable now.
